Refund Policy

When we refund
We refund the full payment when:
- you were charged twice for the same period;
- you paid but your 30 days were not added to your BaroBot account and we cannot fix it;
- you paid by mistake and have not used the paid service since paying.
Requests must reach us within 7 days of the payment. Other cases are considered individually; a period that has been used is normally not refunded.
How to ask
Message @coachbinali on Telegram with the date, the amount and the M-Pesa transaction code. We reply within 3 working days.
How you receive it
Approved refunds are sent back to the M-Pesa number that paid, through Paystack. It usually arrives within 5–10 working days of approval. Your paid access ends when the refund is made.
